SERVICES
Do you have nervous teenagers? We have the patience to teach them to drive. Are you having difficulties mastering parallel parking? We have the experience to show you how. Don’t own a car but still want to learn to drive? We’ll pick you up and drop you off. At Helms Driving School, we make every effort to make your experience as safe and comfortable as possible. We take every measure to ensure that you learn the rules of the road at your own pace. Our instructors are very patient and have years of experience to help you reach your goal. All of our instructors are approved by the NC DMV. We offer affordable standard rates, and at $50 per hour, each lesson is 1 ½ hours long. PRICING
Lesson rate and packages:
Normal Rates: $60.00 per hour, lessons are 1.5 hours long
6 Hour package: $350.00
10 Hour Package: $550.00
Teen 30 hours of classroom $300.00
Teen Transfers – $25 transfer fee + $350 for 6 hours behind the wheel

PACKAGES
At Helms Driving School, all behind-the-wheel lessons are given in late model vehicles that are maintained and serviced regularly for your comfort. Our lessons are designed for both teens and adults. We teach our clients defensive driving practices and prepare you for the driver’s examination. We have several value packages available for your convenience.
